Products
We photograph and describe every piece as accurately as we can. Because many pieces are hand-finished, slight variations in tone, glaze and form are part of their character and are not defects. Dimensions are approximate.
Orders & payment
An order is an offer to purchase; we confirm acceptance by email when your order ships. Prices are listed in US dollars and may change without notice. Payment is captured at checkout through our payment provider.
Shipping & risk
Delivery estimates are described on our Shipping & Returns page. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the address you provide. Please check your shipping details carefully before placing an order.
Returns
Returns and exchanges are governed by our Shipping & Returns page: 30 days from delivery, items in original condition, prepaid label provided.
